An Introduction to Genealogy

Download Now for FREE

Volume I of Tracing Your Ancestors in the UK is a FREE report giving you unique background information about genealogy, its history, why it is so popular, and how you can get started with your own ancestry.  Before you start your own genealogical research, you really need to read this book.

Have you ever wondered how surnames developed, or why people are interested in genealogy now, and in the past? Are you wondering whether to start tracing your own ancestry, but are not sure how to begin or where to get help?

This FREE volume gives you a detailed background into the history of genealogy itself, describing how surnames developed, and why, and how the interest in genealogy has evolved over the years. It will also give you some essential advice on using internet resources before you start to trace your family history.

You will give yourself a great advantage over other amateur genealogists by providing yourself with a deeper understanding of how genealogy works and how to use online resources. This will help you to avoid many of the mistakes that beginners often make, saving you valuable time in your future searches.

While other books on genealogy may encourage you to start your searches straight away, this e-book will give you a truly professional grounding in the history of genealogy before you start, as well as advice on searching online. This way, when you come to do your own searches, you will be truly at an advantage compared to other beginners.
